"Smoking & Home Fires Campaign" Kick Off Event

Washington D.C.--Executive Vice President of Public Relations, Lt. Raul Castillo joined US Fire Administrator Gregory B. Cade and IAFC Executive Director Mark W. Light in kicking off the new U.S. Fire Administration "Smoking & Home Fires Campaign".
The NAHF is helping to promote this new campaign in an effort to decrease the number of home fires which are smkoing related. These fires are all preventable and kill approximately 1,000 people every year. This new campaign aims to reduce the number of fire deaths among smokers and those who live with them.
We are urging smokers to Put it Out. All the Way. Every Time
